Put an IF inside another IF for three or more outcomes.

Below 30 psi is LOW, above 70 is HIGH, anything else is NORMAL. In C2, write =IF(B2<30,"LOW",IF(B2>70,"HIGH","NORMAL")), then fill down to C7.
