  • DS18B20 waterproof digital temperature sensor probe
  • HC-05 Bluetooth module for Arduino
  • 0.96 inch OLED display module I2C 128x64

Steps

  1. Plan the wearable layout and pick where each sensor sits on the body.
  2. Wire the pulse oximeter sensor, temperature probe, OLED, and Bluetooth module to the Arduino Nano.
  3. Program the device to read heart rate, SpO2, and temperature and show them on the OLED.
  4. Send readings over Bluetooth to a phone app.
  5. Wear it over several days and compare readings to a store-bought fitness device.
  6. Chart trends over time and document the build for your portfolio.
