Steps

  1. Decide where the IMUs sit on the back and define what good and bad posture look like.
  2. Wire the IMUs, vibration motor, buzzer, and SD card module to the ESP32.
  3. Program the ESP32 to calculate posture angles and log them.
  4. Add a vibration alert when posture stays bad for more than a few seconds.
  5. Wear it for several days and track how often alerts fire over time.
  6. Chart posture improvement and document the device for your portfolio.
