Steps
- Design 2 or 3 curves with different radii and banking angles on foam board.
- Build the sensor car with the ultrasonic sensor and IMU.
- Program the car to drive the curves at set speeds while logging sideways acceleration.
- Measure sight distance around each curve with the ultrasonic sensor.
- Compare results for different radii and superelevation.
- Document the model and findings for your portfolio.
